Our story

Headquartered in Exeter, AQORA is an independent operator specialising in Serviced Apartments. Established in 2012, AQORA was born to satisfy an underserved market in the temporary accommodation space in Devon and neighbouring counties. 

We primarily serve longer stay corporate clients; however we do support shorter bookings, and welcome leisure stay guests.

We work with direct clients and guests, specialist agents, relocation companies, travel management companies, and businesses in our local community and beyond. 

Our team brings together years of experience across the hospitality industry with decades of service in luxury hotel brands, global accommodation agencies, and serviced apartment companies.

We have an intimate understanding of accommodation solutions, which means we understand what matters most to guests and clients alike; comfort, safety, and competitive pricing.
